If you go down the staircase, you’ll find a second elevator that appears far more rickety, so attempt to take it.

National Council on Problem Gambling (“NCPG”) and you (“you” or “your”) hereby agree that the terms and conditions of this Agreement govern your use of NCPG Directory of Certified Gambling Counselors (“Directory”).
1. General. The Directory is the property of NCPG. This Agreement is a legal agreement between NCPG and you regarding your use of the Directory. NCPG reserves the right to amend this Agreement in whole or in part from time to time in its sole discretion and to terminate your use of the site at any time for any reason without notice. Your continued or further use of the Directory will represent acceptance of any amendments to the Agreement.
2. Directory:
a. Goal. The Directory has been developed solely to assist individuals in finding a certified gambling counselor.
b. Construction. The Directory has been constructed using a two-step process. First, any body that certifies gambling counselors may apply for accreditation of its certification program by NCPG. To be accredited by NCPG, the body’s certification program must require certified counselors to establish that they have met certain minimum qualification. These qualifications are set forth in subparagraph d. below. Once the certification program has received accreditation by NCPG, any gambling counselor certified through that program is eligible to apply for listing in the Directory. To be listed in the Directory, counselors must provide proof of current certification and pay an administrative fee to NCPG. NCPG does not itself certify or supervise any counselor. This Directory is not a complete listing of all gambling counselors, but solely a listing of those gambling counselors who are certified by an NCPG-accredited certifying program and who have successfully applied for listing.
c. Delisting. Whenever NCPG learns that a listed counselor’s certification has lapsed, NCPG strives promptly to remove that counselor from the list. While NCPG tries to obtain current information about any lapsed certifications, it can give no assurance it will succeed in obtaining such information and that a particular counselor who is listed has not had his or her certification lapse.
d. Accredited Certification Program Criteria. For a gambling certification program to be accredited by NCPG, the body operating the program must apply to NCPG and must demonstrate to NCPG’s satisfaction, in its sole discretion, that any person who is certified under the program meets the following minimum criteria, as such criteria may be amended from time to time by NCPG without notice to you: (i) thirty hours of training in gambling–specific counseling, (ii) a period of clinical supervision, (iii) a passing score on at least one of the following examinations (examination sponsoring organization in parentheses): Gambling Specialist Certification Examination (American Academy of Healthcare Providers in the Addictive Disorders), International Certification Examination for Gambling Counselors (Professional Testing Corporation), or Professional Exam for Counselors of Problem Gamblers (Castle Worldwide), (iv) a minimum of a high-school diploma, (v) an average of at least six hours of continuing education per year, and (vi) compliance with reasonable ethical standards or procedures as established by the certifying program.
e. Accredited Certification Programs. As of January 21, 2009, the certification programs of the following certifying bodies have received recognition from NCPG: International Gambling Counselor Certification Board (the “IGCCB”) and the American Compulsive Gambling Counselor Certification Board (ACGCCB). Please note that, while the IGCCB is an independent entity with its own governing body and policies, many of its activities are operated by NCPG under a contract between the two organizations.
3. No Warranty
a. General. IN NO EVENT WILL NCPG OR ITS AGENTS BE LIABLE TO ANY USER OF THE DIRECTORY OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ASSOCIATED WITH ANY USE OF THE DIRECTORY, EVEN IF NCPG OR ITS AGENTS ARE ADVISED OR AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, NCPG does not represent or warrant (i) any particular level or quality of service of any counselor; (ii) the initial or continuing availability, accessibility, affordability, or responsiveness of any counselor; (iii) any particular methodology, mode, course of treatment, or procedure used by or available from any counselor, or (iv) any particular outcome, benefit, efficacy, or satisfaction from any engagement of any counselor.
4. Indemnity: You shall indemnify and hold harmless NCPG, its agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses (including attorney or trade fees) arising, directly or indirectly, from your use of the Directory.

NCPG and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the federal and local courts in the District of Columbia for the resolution of all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Directory or this Agreement.
c. Relationship. No partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship exists between NCPG and you as a result of this Agreement; nor is any such relationship created by this Agreement. You shall not represent yourself as a representative, agent or employee of NCPG.
d. Waiver. Any failure to act or any delay in any action or in the enforcement of any rights by any party under this Agreement shall in no way operate as a waiver of any of the party’s rights herein. APSCHE has clarified that ‘if the candidate does not pay the prescribed Tuition Fee within the schedule mentioned in TS ICET Counselling 2020, the provisional allotted seat automatically stands cancelled and he / she shall not have any claim on the provisionally allotted seat.’
*After payment of the Tuition Fee, if the candidate cancels the provisionally allotted seat through online on or before commencement of second phase of counselling full Tuition Fee paid will be refunded.
*Follow the further instructions printed on the provisional allotment order.
*If the candidate cancels his / her admission, the Tuition Fee paid will be forfeited upto 50% after second phase of TS ICET 2020 Counselling and 100% after spot admission notification.
The eligible and qualified candidates of TS CET-2020 desirous of seeking admission into MBA and MCA Courses have to pay the TS ICET 2018 Counselling fee of Rs.1200/- (Rs.600 for SC/ST). After making payment of Processing Fee, Certificate Verification and Option Exercise they are allotted the seat in the college.
TS ICET 2020 Merit List for Counselling Released
The TS ICET exam based merit list to participate in CAP Counselling for admission to various courses has been released for various categories:
*NCC Merit List
*CAP Merit List with Priorities
*Sports & Games Merit List
Along with this, the application form specimen, certificate specimen for award of Local Status of Students migrated from Telangana to TS has also been released with important instructions to enable the students to get admission in colleges in Telangana through common counselling.
The Seat allotment will be based on TS ICET 2020 Counselling for different courses in Telangana colleges. However, in case the candidates who do not report to the allotted colleges by the scheduled date through the TS ICET Counselling 2020 Process may have their candidature cancelled and in their place the wait listed candidates may get admission opportunity in the TS ICET 1st phase counselling 2020.
Post TS ICET 2020 Counselling: Action by Students
After the TS ICET Counselling 2020 is over and seat allotment is completed, the candidates will have to take following actions:
*Payment of Tuition Fee and self-reporting by the candidates through TS ICET 2020 official website
*Report at the allotted college after TS ICET Counselling
*Join the Classes at the allotted Institute
TS ICET 1st phase counselling 2020
Sri Venkateswara University has not yet announced the TS ICET 2020 second counselling dates and will wait till the candidates finally report to the allotted college. Instead of instantly going for TS ICET 1st counselling 2020, the SVU will first use the waiting list prepared in the first phase of TS ICET 2020 counselling. For those times when hardware real estate is at a premium and we simply cannot increase the inside corner radii to the desired size, an alternative option is the O-Seal. The O-Seal has a round cross section like an O-ring. However the footprint of the O-Seal is designed to match the shape of the groove. The primary advantage of the O-Seal is custom molding to fit the exact groove, eliminating the concern that comes with bending stress at the corners. A smaller corner radii can be used for the groove, allowing the footprint to fit perfectly within the application’s design constraints.
If there are multiple ports or openings on the face, or bolt holes to contour around, these seals can be consolidated into a single O-seal solution. By consolidating seals, the installation process becomes much easier. All seals are ready to be installed at the same time, and the risk of installing the incorrect seal material is eliminated. This may offer the added advantage of streamlining the bill of materials and simplifying the amount of stock to be replenished during the assembly process.

Locating speckled trout in the bays of the Texas Coastal Bend is relatively easy. They are widely distributed throughout the bay systems and tend to be aggressive feeders. The real challenge is identifying the habitat and finding populations of the size of speckled trout that you want and using the correct bait and location for that size fish during that season.
During warm spring and summer months, speckled trout will use the filtered light of the early morning and late afternoon to move into the shallow areas of grass flats, oyster reefs and grassy shorelines to ambush prey. Speckled trout are aggressively feeding at these times and good size catches are common.
As the day heats up and the sun gets more direct, speckled trout will slide off the shallow areas into deeper adjacent waters. Target deep cuts, drop offs to the bay along grassy shorelines and channels near flats or oyster reefs. Three to five feet of water is often productive. On cloudy days or more moderate temperatures, speckled trout may remain in the rich shallower waters for extended periods.
During colder months, especially following a significant drop in temperatures due to a cold front, speckled trout will move into deep holes such as harbors, channels and estuarial rivers or out to the Gulf of Mexico to help regulate their body temperature. These cold “snaps” funnel a large population of speckled trout that are normally distributed over large bays systems into a limited number of deep water refuges and can create an opportunity for fast action.

Last year was a resounding success for the Dirty 30 Program. Speckled Trout are the most widely caught game fish in the Texas Coastal Bend. They are caught from boats, by waders, from the shore and from piers. The methods used to target speckled trout are just a varied as the type of angler pursuing them. The popularity of speckled trout stems from their abundance and quality meat.
In large open water systems, speckled trout will gather around whatever structure is offered. A good example of this is the shell pads under old gas wells in Corpus Christi Bay and the open water oyster reefs of Aransas Bay.
Nature also gives us a couple of signs that trout are actively feeding. Looking for birds that are “working” and finding “slicks” in the water are both productive, especially in open water. When trout are schooled up and feeding, they will push bait to the top of the water. Sea gulls and other birds will circle above the frenzy and dive into the water to attack the bait fish from above giving a signal to anglers that can be seen from great distances.
“Slicks” are formed on the top of the water when trout are feeding. During an excited state, such as a feeding frenzy, speckled trout will often regurgitate, spilling partially digested fish and oils into the water. These oils will float to the top of the water, creating a noticeable slick film. An experienced Coastal Bend angler can not only see the slicks, they can actually smell when trout are around!
The Speckled Trout bite has been on fire these past few weeks inshore fishing Amelia Island backwaters. It has not been uncommon to catch 50 to 60 speckled trout per inshore charter trip.
Clients are catching their fishing limit with no problem, which is six trout per person. The slot is 15-inches to 20-inches, with one of the six being over 20-inches. We are catching plenty in the slot range, and quite a few over the 20-inch mark.
Most of the speckled trout fish have been coming on a live shrimp being fished under a cork. The key is to have that shrimp float with the tide flow over oyster mounds or along the grass line.Live Shrimp Make A Difference
Fishing a live shrimp makes it really easy for the beginner angler to catch speckled fish.
Also try putting an artificial bait on the hook instead of a live shrimp.
One of the many tactics we use is to place a Gulp Mantis shrimp on the hook and drift the bait like you would a shrimp. We have been using a 3-inch white shrimp with a chartreuse tail.

Artificial baits are great this time of year. Top water baits have been producing good early in the morning or towards the evening.
The Zara spook and the smaller skitter walk have done well. Silver has been a good color along with a white and red combination.
The soft plastics are another great bait to catch these speckled trout on. Use a ¼ ounce jig head tied with a 20-pound fluorocarbon leader.
Now I will use about a 2-foot leader tied to 10-pound braided line. I like throwing a curly tail grub in a white with a red tail has worked well, also try using a green chartreuse with a red tail.How to Fish this Time of the Year
The key to fishing these baits this time of year is to fish it really slow, by bouncing off the bottom. A lot of times these fish are hitting the bait has it is falling.
Now once you find these speckled trout fish, they will be stacked up pretty good. Catch some on the live bait and then switch to artificial baits.

We’ve cruised with Norwegian three times in the past couple of years, and number four is coming up in September on the new Norwegian Breakaway. The first one of them was a paid ticket, on the Norwegian Gem, and since then we have cruised for free (other than Taxes and Fees), with a number of great perks along the way. I estimate that our comps have come in at over $7000 thus far from these guys, and I am very excited to be cruising from New York again, and hopefully making it to Bermuda this time around.Norwegian Cruise Lines Latitudes Rewards
Latitudes is NCL’s loyalty program, available to all guests and interestingly based upon a combination of cruise duration and revenue dollars. It might be something we see in the future with Airline programs. The good thing with this is that you can quickly rack up good points with them on discounted cruises, but should you be cruising in a higher category of stateroom (suites and above) you earn additional points. In Venice we upgraded from an Inside Cabin to a Penthouse Suite (quite the bump up let me tell you) and earned double Latitudes points for our troubles.
Once you achieve status with NCL their perks are quite attractive, we are currently at the Silver Level, and I think the really good things start from Gold, and get a lot better at Platinum.
Some of the things that don’t seem so obvious but are really quite nice is the ‘Exclusive Gathering with Ships Officers’ which is 30mins-1hr of complimentary drinks and passed canapes whilst you get to sit and chat with the officers about whatever tickles your fancy, we typically have quite a lot to talk about since I spent many years at sea myself during my youth. Also, the cocktail reception (that apparently isn’t happening on the Breakaway, boo!) means that you get two free evenings of drinks and socializing which are both pleasant experiences and a good way to save on your bar tab.Casinos at Sea: Players ClubNcl Casino At Sea Levels List
Casinos as Sea is the Gambling Loyalty Program of Norwegian Cruise Lines; without a doubt it is the most generous of all the Cruise Ship Gambling Programs. They track both slot and table play, and based upon how much you Play, not how much you win or lose, you gain status with them. I am at their lowest Tier; Lucky! But I have also experienced things beyond that such as unlimited drinks of any kind in the Casino, multiple free dinners at any of the Paid Restaurants such as Cagney’s the Steakhouse. This is because I was a Table Player, they have more of a fluffy rule for Table Players than Slot Players, and tend to give more when you are nice to the staff and are generous with your tips. Firstly, Free means $25 per person per day plus taxes, and there is a group tipping charge of $12 per person per day. So you will still be paying something for the ‘free’ cruise, but even with these fees its a fantastic bargain!
I’d love to share with you the level that you get a comped cruise at, but unfortunately it is a secret – I do know that I am currently regarded as their lowest level of player as a Casinos at Sea Lucky Level, and I get comped, but I do really play. So don’t expect that if you just put $5 in a slot machine you will be comped for life.
However, and this is just a guess, I would imagine if you can reach Tier 2 play, the Hot! Level, you should be good for Free cruises. It is worth noting that the type of cabin you get for free will vary based upon your importance to the cruise-line and the popularity of the vessel. That said, you can upgrade at a reasonable price. For example, we cruised on the Norwegian Epic for New Years Eve, and we would only be offered an Inside Stateroom. I upgraded us to an exceptional Balcony Cabin (rear facing) for $600 prior to departure.
For our cruise to Bermuda on the Norwegian Breakaway this year they offered us a Balcony Cabin for free, which I actually paid another $50 to double the size of the Balcony, since there will be lots of Sea Days on this cruise and I wanted to be able to sit outside on a lounge chair.
Also, you will notice that I highlighted the Payment line of $250 by Voucher. This is a great offer that NCL has to retain customers: if you purchase a voucher for $250 onboard your current cruise you can use it as payment against any 6 day or longer cruise in the next 4 years. In doing so they credit your account with $100 for the current cruise. So basically you are getting $100 off the already reduced ‘free’ cruise price. You can use this voucher with Casinos at Sea, or any other form of booking, I believe that includes third parties also, though please double check onboard.Upgrading OnboardNcl Casinos At Sea Levels
We did this on the NCL Jade last year, went from an Inside Cabin to a Penthouse Suite. In doing so we earned Suite level perks, which further stacked on top of the Casinos at Sea and Latitudes Silver, basically filling in the blanks – they included: Priority Tender, Concierge, Priority Dining/Shows. So in essence once we were in the Penthouse, even as the lowest level Casinos at Sea, and second lowest Latitudes we had full Top Tier benefits of the Latitudes program! The total cost to upgrade was $1400 onboard, the cruise originally cost $600 so we paid $2000, for an itinerary that had a book price of $6000 and a discounted third party price of $5200. If you want to upgrade onboard please be nice about it – the typical first night of the cruise is like the Gate at an airline, swamped with people asking for a free upgrade. It isn’t going to happen! Don’t be a PITA about it. Your best bet is to ask to be put on a paid upgrade list, they will contact you on night two of the cruise. They will not typically assign upgrades on night one just in case regular cabin swaps are required due to problems with the paid cabin a person has. Secondarily they don’t know how many no-shows there are until a while after embarkation, so let them figure out all the details and get back to you.
